Since he started his apprenticeship as process technician for plastics and rubber technology in August 1999, Eduard has been an integral and loyal part of our team at SABEU! After his apprenticeship he started as a setter in production, then became a shift supervisor and is now Production Manager in the Plastic Injection Molding Department. Eduard's journey from apprentice to manager is an impressive example of how commitment and loyalty can take you through multi-level positions within a company and help you achieve great advancements. His journey at SABEU is an inspiring example of success through passion and development!
Today, Eduard is responsible for over 30 employees, he operates as a trainer for the same profession he started in, and as a production manager. The mix of both roles fulfils him and makes every day unique and special. On one side, he is responsible for monitoring a wide range of production processes, instructing employees, executing orders and planning machine maintenance in close coordination with the teams involved. On the other side, he supports our apprentices with his expertise, prepares them for their exams and ensures that they receive further training.
Looking back on 25 years at SABEU, the move to the new factory in Northeim in 2017 was a particular highlight for him. A new, more modern factory with new opportunities for growth and capacity expansion. A lot has changed since then – the number of employees has grown; orders have increased, and new business areas have been added. But one thing has always remained the same for Eduard, the team spirit and family atmosphere at SABEU and the fact that you can always count on one another. That is why he has remained a committed employee to the company and looks forward to the coming years at SABEU! When he's not working, Eduard likes to spend time with his family – doing activities together such as cycling, hiking or going on holiday.
We are delighted to have you as a valued pillar in our company! We thank you for your tireless efforts and look forward to working with you for many years to come!
