Our main quality objectives are:
- It is our primary aim to gain and retain the full satisfaction of our clients. This is why we manufacture all our products according to the stipulations of our clients.
- We take the client's wishes and convert them into requirements that can be described and measured and communicate these to all concerned in each separate area of the company.
- It is the aim of our organisational development to produce optimally qualified, trained and motivated employees with a thorough awareness of quality, health & safety and environmental issues.
- We employ preventive measures to assure quality to avoid errors at the design or construction stage.
- We are particularly concerned with the constant improvement of our production processes and workflows with a view to minimising errors and reducing costs.
- We select our suppliers above all for quality, environmental and economic reasons and strive to work with them as partners.
- A regular inspection takes place to assess the extent to which our objectives have been achieved and if they need to be adapted. This is documented in the quality report.
